- Oversee, manage and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Create and execute marketing, promotional and advertising plans for national, regional and youth target markets that are in alignment with the resort’s overall strategic direction.
- Manage resort collateral and signage from creative development through the printing and delivery process.
- Create and execute marketing and promotional support for resort’s food and beverage, ski and snowboard school and Gorgoza tubing park.
- Oversee marketing coordinator and intern, including career development and daily project management.

- Create, maintain and activate resort strategic alliance contracts. Responsible for ensuring contracts are executed and building strong relationships with partner representatives.
- Create and implement communications plan, to include hosting, pitching and building relationships with targeted national, international and regional media representatives and ensuring proper communications are released timely to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide strategic input and support in development and execution of resort interactive marketing plans, including website creation, interactive display advertisements, email campaign, SEO and SEM strategies.
- Provide strategic input and support in development and execution of resort social media plans, including monitoring and engaging on various social channels in proper voice of the resort.
- Provide strategic input and support in development and execution of resort content strategy and production.
- Manage work flow and time management of contracted, creative director to ensure all projects are completed timely and correctly.
- Represent resort on several industry and community related committees and boards including Ski Utah marketing and communications committees, Park City Chamber Bureau communications committee and committee chair, Historic Park City Alliance Board Member and Powdr Corp marketing, partnership and communications committee.
- Acting marketing director July – October 2011 during marketing director maternity leave.
- Create, execute and manage marketing and operational plans and budgets for Vail Mountain Signature Events including Vail Snow Daze, The Honda Session, Vail Mardi Gras, Malay Day, and Spring Back to Vail.
- Assist with National Youth Marketing initiatives and manage special projects that relate to the youth market.
- Manage Team Vail, sponsored athlete program, including contract negotiation and development, athlete management, integrating athlete feedback in marketing strategies and budget management.
- Create, execute and manage marketing plans and budgets for upsell lines of business including Ski and Snowboard School, mountain dining and Adventure Ridge Activities Center.
- Create, execute and manage marketing plans and budget for Vail Mountain Summer.
- Manage Community Marketing Liaison (marketing coordinator) and assist in career development/training.
- Manage numerous projects with creative agency including creative design of print advertisements, collateral and other creative needs.
- Organize, promote and execute events throughout ski season including May Concert Series, spring events and rail jam series.
- Solicit, build and maintain positive relationships with event sponsors and partners.
- Coordinate consumer trade shows through staffing, collateral production and communications with ski show organizers.
- Participate in the development of pricing scales for season passes, window lift tickets and discount programs.
- Collaboration on collateral production, inventory management, contract negotiations and off-site ticket pricing and sales.
- Produce bi-weekly e-newsletter to over 9,000 subscribers and manage subscription list.
